Ri-integrimi i të rinjve në konfliktkontakt me ligjin

The project successfully improved the social-economic inclusion and reintegration prospects of young people in conflict or contact with the law in the Municipality of Tirana, directly contributing to the city’s priority on social protection and inclusion, aligned with its third strategic pillar: “Protection and Social Inclusion.” The intervention generated measurable impact through a structured parenting support programme, specialized psychological services, employment counseling, and economic empowerment pathways delivered in cooperation with the Probation Service and municipal Community and Social Centers.

Key results included: the identification and profiling of 30 young beneficiaries who received tailored psychological support; a full employment counseling cycle for 50 young people, improving job-readiness and rights access; the implementation of positive parenting training and direct psychological support for 50 parents (30 women and 15 men) of justice-involved or victimized minors, resulting in improved family-based accountability and reduced social exclusion risks; and capacity-building for 20 social center staff members, who were trained and equipped with new case-management and reintegration techniques.

The project also ensured the adoption of positive parenting methodologies, the institutional strengthening of Social Centers, and the expansion of economic and social inclusion mechanisms for young people transitioning toward law-abiding and economically stable lives.
