Support RCC to finalize Common Regional Market Action Plan 2025-2028 (CRM2)

With the support of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), the Group for Integration and Democracy (GID) successfully delivered technical and strategic assistance for the finalisation of the Common Regional Market Action Plan 2025–2028 (CRM2).

The intervention produced concrete institutional and governance results that strengthened regional economic coordination, parliamentary relevance, and stakeholder consensus. Key achievements included the systematisation and consolidation of inputs from Western Balkan economies and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with CRM2 principles and regional priorities, followed by the development of the official narrative section of CRM2, clearly defining its objectives, foundational building blocks, and expected regional impact.

GID also completed a comprehensive economic overview, offering validated proposals on operational mechanisms, governance models, and monitoring frameworks to support effective CRM2 implementation. In addition, the project delivered full support for regional consultation meetings, including structured agendas, policy briefings, workshop materials, and integration of stakeholder feedback into the final Action Plan.

These results positioned CRM2 as a politically supported, technically coherent, and regionally actionable framework for deepened EU single-market alignment and sustainable economic integration in the Western Balkans.
