of young people in conflict or contact with the law in the Municipality of Tirana, directly contributing to the city\u2019s priority on\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">social protection and inclusion<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, aligned with its third strategic pillar:\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cProtection and Social Inclusion.\u201d<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0The intervention generated measurable impact through a structured parenting support programme, specialized psychological services, employment\u00a0counseling, and economic empowerment pathways delivered in cooperation with the Probation Service and municipal Community and Social\u00a0Centers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Key results included: the identification and profiling of\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">30 young beneficiaries<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0who received tailored psychological support; a full employment\u00a0counseling\u00a0cycle for\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">50 young people<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, improving job-readiness and rights access; the implementation of\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">positive parenting training<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and direct psychological support for\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">50 parents (30 women and 15 men)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0of justice-involved or victimized minors, resulting in improved family-based accountability and reduced social exclusion risks; and capacity-building for\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">20 social\u00a0center\u00a0staff members<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, who were trained and equipped with new case-management and reintegration techniques.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The project also ensured the adoption of\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">positive parenting methodologies<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, the institutional strengthening of Social\u00a0Centers, and the expansion of economic and social inclusion mechanisms for young people transitioning toward law-abiding and economically stable lives.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1'
